Four male puppies were born, all of them have long tails, two brown and two black. We removed rear dewclaws. One black and two brown puppies have small white chest stripes. There are no other white markings.
FCH Gondűző-Alkonyat Ugass Drágám (Bark My Dear) "Urkki" is a black male. He went to Finland which has the second largest Mudi population in the world after Hungary and the Finns are extremely active with their dogs. We are honored that Liisa chose Urkki to be her next Mudi. Urkki enjoys not only a life filled with fun, but his owner Liisa made for him his own homepage (see our Links page). Urkki won best Mudi puppy and puppy BIS 2nd place on the special Club Show of the Finnish Hungarian Herding Dog Club, from a Hungarian judge. He had his best year yet in 2007 when he became a Finnish Champion and Mudi of the Year. Urkki has passed his herding instinct test in Finland as well with the famous Hungarian herding persona József Árkosi. He has also passed free and clear all of his health tests and both we and Liisa hope 2008 will be another incredible year filled with their successes! They are a perfect match and we are so very thankful to Liisa and her 'Mudiman' for their many achievements. He is listed on our Recommended Studs page.
Gondűző-Alkonyat Utcai Dúvad (Street Beast) is a solid black male."Dúvad" is the center of a marvelous Hungarian family's life, but he especially adores his young owner Reka, he never leaves her side. Four kids, a feisty Pumi, several small rodents and two other Mudi pups from our later litters also keep him company. He is already familiar with boar hunting, mouse catching and Chihuahua 'eating'. By the opinion of his young owners, "Dúvad" is power hungry, they say anybody can see it on his face, however he even likes the postman. In May 2006 "Dúvad" was second with his handler Bence on the first "Run With Dogs" event in Budapest - from among 350 competitors! In June 2006 Dúvad successfully passed his herding instinct test with sheep. He is training with the Search and Rescue dog organization in Hungary and is told to be an incredibly able tracking dog.
Gondűző-Alkonyat Ünnepi Dalnok (Holiday Singer) is a brown male with a small white chest stripe. "Csoki Jr." was our favorite puppy from the litter - he looked exactly like his father! Happily we can meet with him as he remained in Hungary. His owners keep also a Puli at home.
Gondűző-Alkonyat Úri Dáridó (Party of the Lords) "Csoki" is a brown male with a small white chest stripe. "Csoki" the most cuddly puppy from the litter, travels to Germany, where he fulfills a young woman's dream - from now she will have a Mudi! According to her plans, she will do agility with him. As far as we know, this puppy can be the first brown Mudi in Germany. He is listed on our Recommended Studs page.
